Viola earned a bachelors degree in management with study experience in China Shandong University and Korea Cheju University. She had been doing revenue management work on Costa cruise ships for over 6 years. She got chances to visit over 10 countries and a large number of  Asian ports while working on ships before she joined JFD in 2019. She is focused on Pacific area of Handy and Panamax. She speaks English, Chinese and Korean.
